Tyra someday will be queen. She definitely has that ruling attitude. My training team tells me, be careful what you wish for...... I got my wishes with Ty. She is more of a protector over me than any dog I have ever owned and I know if I ever needed her she would give her everything to protect me. She is my guardian (not my angel - she is still a puppy you know). Ty wants to be the center of all my attention and shows it whenever I take Bailee out to work. She does not want those other dogs around mom. Ty will be a larger female than Bailee, she started her life as a typical sable, but decided she wanted to be unique as she grew. She has an awesome coat and great structure. The greatest thing about my girl is her protective nature. We have had to tone down her attitude against other dogs - which is progressing well. All Ty really wants to do at this point in our lives is play with mom. And I am loving every minute of it. Together we had the trip of a lifetime when we were sent to Canine Concepts in Springville, Alabama by our training boss. We got to spend two fabulous weeks working with Gary Hanrahan starting Ty's bitework and focus. We were actually there more to work on another team from our group and Ty & I got to tag-a-long. What a great time we had. Tyra has started her bitework with a whole new love of the game. I should add she had a great time intimidating the baggage handlers and the TSA crews at the airport during travel. I'm sure we will have many Ty stories in the future to share - until then enjoy some pictures! |

| Tyra News We have all been having a great time watching the Tyra/Karo puppies grow up and turn into some fabulous young dogs. We have decided to breed Tyra again, this time we expect another fabulous litter. Tyra has finished her titles and now is working at home protecting her domain. We will pull her out an let her bite John for fun because she loves him so. The above video is us hard at work on Tyra's protection phase. The video may take a couple minutes to load - hope you enjoy! |
