Fritz was always a "talker" in the show ring,
he could never keep his backtalk under
control when you were giving him a
command. He provided much entertainment
and will always have the nickname "Howler"
because of the outrageous noise he made
when excited for bite work.

Fritz has been my education dog. He tolerated the
new handler screw ups repeatedly and still wanted to
play with mom. He has an unending drive to play ball
and continues that drive playing with my husband.
Fritz will always hold a warm spot in my heart since
he is my first working dog. I've had many shepherds
in my life but I have learned the true difference
between the show lines and the working lines.
What I learned from my boy........
I learned that all breeders are definitely not alike. I got
a wonderful dog with Fritz, but I did not pay the
amount I should have. He was far too pricey
compared pups in my area. He was the adorable
pup (first place I went of course) that you could not
resist. Can you really put a price on love? Now
looking back, I don't believe the breeder actually
showed any real results of his accomplishments in
training although like many he talked the talk. When
all is said & done - I was lucky to get what I wanted -
Fritz.
Fritz today is our yard dog.
He is my husband's
companion and hangs out
while Dad works around the
property. He occasionally
gives the rabbits a run for
their money, which he thinks
is his biggest sport today.
He is a great intimidation
dog, but when it comes
down to it  - he's just a big
huggable lug.

Fritz is available as a stud
dog for pet puppies to
approved bitches only. He
has a great head and
temperament and is the
best companion. He is one
that would rather only work
on his terms and has a bit
too much chest and weight.
He is a heavy boned boy.
Many of the pictures shown
are of  his younger days.

One of the biggest lessons learned from
my boy is that yes dogs do giggle,
chuckle, and yes laugh at their owners.
Frequently this happens in front of
people in the show ring!

Can't you just hear them.......
